Policy Updates taking effect 6/1/19:
The $20 meeting fee paid by members does not cover the full cost of the dinner. The difference is mostly covered by our sponsors. If you are not a CalChiro member and you sign up as a member then we will charge you $85/preregistered meeting and use any remaining credit that you have to pay your debt. If you do not have any remaining credit then you will be asked to make up the difference at the meeting, or when we discover the issue. Joining CAL CHIRO will return you to the member discounted rate for future meetings, but not for past meetings when you were not a member. We expect you to be a member for the full year, not just during our meeting months.
All attendees must register and pay for meetings by two days prior to the meeting at 9 PM the week the meeting is to be held to get the discounted registration fee.
Cal Chiro Members are also given the option of pre-paying for the remainder of the year at $20/meeting. Non-members do not have this option.
If we don’t accurately estimate how many people are coming to our meeting the District loses money! There is NO unpaid RSVP option.
If you do not attend a meeting you have registered for then this money becomes a donation to the OC District. There are NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS. Please understand that we are all unpaid volunteers with our own offices and lives and do not have the time to track down past month payments.

$120.00 Discounted price if paid by June 10th at 9 pm gives you one free meeting.
Note: this includes our regularly scheduled 7 CE meetings but does not include any holiday parties or mixers
The discount will continue to decrease over the first three meetings until the benefit will just be that you don't have to preregister.
Payment Option 1:
Upon paying for the year through our online payment system, you are considered RSVP’d for these upcoming meetings. If you later choose not to come to the meetings, your payment becomes a donation and cannot be transferred, refunded, or applied to future meetings.
Payment Option 2:
Continue paying meeting by meeting through the online system (PayPal). Payments received after Monday at 9 PM will be charged $10 extra across the board at every payment level. If you later choose not to come to the meeting, your payment becomes a donation and cannot be transferred, refunded, or applied to future meetings.
For your consideration:
-CalChiro members pay $20 by 9 PM two days before the meeting, $25 after the cut-off or at the door*
-Staff of CalChiro members and professional affiliate members pay $30 by 9 PM two days before the meeting, $40 after the cut-off or at the door*
-Non-CCA members pay $75 by 9 PM two days before the meeting, $85 after the cut-off or at the door*
*Payments for meetings are non-refundable and not transferable to future meetings.
